Terms & Conditions

We want booking your holiday with us to be simple and stress-free. Please take a moment to read our booking and cancellation terms below before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we have received the required $300 deposit per unit.  This deposit forms part of the total cost of your stay and is subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining balance of your booking is due 30 days before your arrival date.  We will provide a reminder of this due date where possible. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure the balance is paid by the due date.

3. Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, so if this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist where we can however any change, credit or refund will be subject to these terms & conditions.  Please also note that all cancellation requests must be received in writing before they can be actioned.

More than 30 days before arrival
If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, your $300 deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee. Any additional amount you have paid towards the booking will be refunded.

30 days or less before arrival
If you cancel 30 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, the full remaining balance of your booking is payable as the cancellation fee. Any deposit or other payments already made will be applied towards the amount owing.  This means that cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and any outstanding balance remains payable.

We strongly suggest that travel insurance is taken out to protect you should an unexpected situation impact your ability to travel. 

4. No-Show

If you do not arrive for your booking and have not contacted us to cancel, your booking will be treated as a no-show.  In such cases, the full outstanding balance is payable as the cancellation fee, with any deposit or other payments already made applied towards the booking.

5. Resort Changes or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Australian consumer law.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the payment and cancellation conditions.
